DESIGN

As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for the following: - Proficient in using Solidworks 3D Modelling & AutoCAD in the Sheet metal domain and Mechanical items design such as Solid Parts, Weldments, Sub-Assemblies, Assembly, Drafting, and BOMs. - Execute designs to engineering standards according to IS standards, with knowledge of GD&T and Fits. - Ability to operate MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and ERP systems. - Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and electronic components including Gearmotor, sensors, switches, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, etc. - Thorough knowledge of basic and advanced machine designing mechanisms, components, machines, supporting structures, advanced brought out parts, and Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA) with basic engineering calculations. - Experience in all phases of new product development, design prototype, R&D work, Reverse engineering, design improvement, design explanation, documentation management, and service support. - Possess a mindset of an innovator and craftsman, being creative and passionate about creating solutions. - Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
