Core Business Services & Technology Training: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs that support core business services and technology, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities We are looking for a suitable candidate whose profile matches the following: Over 10 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on content development and training delivery. Proven track record in designing and delivering behavioral and technical training programs. Experience in Core Business Services and Technology Training is highly desirable. Proficiency in Instructional Design and familiarity with Articulate 360 and Camtasia. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
