Role Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Design Manager to be the steward of our visual identity. This pivotal role requires a hands-on leader with a strong appreciation for minimalist aesthetics and a talent for crafting memorable, high-impact visuals. You will be responsible for defining and executing the visual language that captures the essence of our brand, which bridges the worlds of premium technology and organic agriculture. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and brand teams to bring our boldest campaigns to life and elevate our brand's presence across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction and production of visual content across a diverse range of formats, including digital platforms (Meta, Google), print materials, outdoor advertising, video, and experiential events.
• Work collaboratively with brand and marketing teams to translate strategic goals into compelling and effective campaign assets.
• Develop innovative and resonant designs that speak to both our premium, tech-savvy audience and our agriculture-focused community.
• Conduct frequent visits to our farm properties to capture authentic photography and find creative inspiration that reflects the brand's core values.
• Apply a keen eye for minimalist design principles and an agile approach to incorporating moment-marketing trends.
• Manage the entire design lifecycle, from conceptualization to final production, ensuring all outputs meet specifications for print, digital, and video formats.
• Oversee the design of all brand collateral, including packaging, digital advertisements, brochures, and farm signage.
• Leverage AI tools and other scalable design workflows to enhance productivity and creative output.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in a design-focused role, with a proven track record of leading creative projects.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects).
• Demonstrable experience with AI tools such as Adobe Firefly or MidJourney to streamline design processes.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of minimalist design and creative direction.
• Thorough knowledge of print production, digital formats, codecs, and technical specifications.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Bonus Skills:

  Hands-on experience in photography or videography, and a background working with purpose-driven brands.
