Design Manager ( Data Center Projects )

Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day activities at the project site. Ensure quality control of deliverables in coordination with the turnkey consultant. Implement design at the site as per project intent and requirements. Coordinate with design consultant, PMC, and site execution team for design changes during execution. Track and record design document submissions. Provide weekly, fortnightly, and monthly work progress reports to the client. Attend FAT, SAT & IST to ensure design specifications and functional tests are followed. Oversee hand-over after operations tests and full commissioning of services. Coordinate submission of "As Built" documentation with contractors and consultants. Close snags and issues during project execution. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors/Masters degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related fields. Minimum 810 years of experience in design management for construction or engineering projects. Strong project management and communication skills. Proficiency in design software and tools. Experience in turnkey projects and quality control processes is a plus.
