Site Engineer- HVAC & Plumbing (MEP)

Job Description

Desired Candidate Profile Manage site MEP detailing to ensure all Mechanical (HVAC & Plumbing) related systems for high rise buildings are designed properly installed, functioning, and meet all building codes and standards. Able to study all services drawings Designing basics for services Planning for the projects Should be able to - work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders, you will ensure that MEP systems meet building codes, project specifications, and quality standards control and coordinate execution of MEP . Preparation of micro schedules for the MEP - Plumbing works Work and review test reports for desired parameters. Prepare technical clarifications to the tendered design to suit specific on-site construction and co-ordination issues. Deal with Contractors RFIs relating to the MEP works. Exp- 5-8 years hands on experience in HVAC & Plumbing & Fire Fighting etc. Project Types- Residential Real Estate / Commercial /High Rise Buildings Knowledge of working on MIVAN ? Work and review test reports for desired parameters. Prepare technical clarifications to the tendered design to suit specific on-site construction and co-ordination issues. Deal with Contractors RFIs relating to the MEP works.
