Job Description

As a Design Manager at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. In This Role You Will: - Liaise with the head office design team to understand design intent and ensure its implementation on-site. - Coordinate with design consultants to resolve design queries and ensure timely delivery of drawings and specifications. - Facilitate design-related meetings and workshops with stakeholders. - Act as the primary design point of contact on-site. - Monitor design implementation during construction and flag any deviations or issues. - Maintain a log of design submissions, approvals, and revisions. - Ensure timely communication of design changes to all relevant parties. - Prepare regular design coordination reports for the project lead and head office. - Assist in quality inspections related to design execution. We Would Love To Hear From You If You: - Have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. - Have 8+ years of experience in design coordination, preferably in industrial or warehousing projects. - Have a strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and design processes. - Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing. - Are proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools is a plus. - Are able to work independently on-site and manage multiple interfaces. - Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun.
