Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Lead Architect based in Mumbai. The Design Lead Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design processes, developing project strategies, and ensuring high-quality delivery. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to conceptualize design projects, overseeing project execution, managing architectural integration, and ensuring adherence to timelines and standards. The role demands a proactive approach to innovation and sustainability in delivering world-class real estate solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create innovative and sustainable design solutions.
• Experience in Software Development and Integration, with knowledge of design tools and architectural software.
• Proven ability in Project Management, with skills in managing timelines, collaborations, and quality standards.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and projects.
• Proficiency in relevant CAD software and familiarity with local regulations and construction standards in Mumbai and the MMR region.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a relevant field.
• Previous experience in large-scale real estate or high-end luxury projects preferred.
