Design Internship

You will be working with a team of crazy maniacs who believe in making the impossible possible. With offices in 15 countries and significant revenue of over INR 300 Cr in the first three years, the company has raised a series B from global investors, marking the beginning of an exciting journey. **Key Responsibilities:** - Knowledge of Automobile systems & EV related systems, especially 2-wheelers - Prototyping & Development of eBikes - Understanding of Vehicle parts and integration - Proficiency in Engineering BoM & ECN management - Familiarity with the complete New Product Development cycle - Ability to design parts with GD&T for vehicle systems - Thorough knowledge of materials and their properties - Capability to convert Technical requirements into detailed designs - Understanding of CMVR/Homologation requirements - Benchmarking and Co-ordination with Suppliers for DFM & DFA **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors/Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline - 0.6-1 years of experience in structural/chassis/sheet metal design - Previous exposure to automotive, commercial vehicles, or heavy engineering - Proficiency in Solid Works for part modeling, drafting, assembly, layouts - Knowledge of Hyper mesh & CAE analysis - Good behavioral skills including Team Participation, Interpersonal skills, Persuasiveness, Conflict resolution, and Communication - Quick learner with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment - Knowledge of basic electronics is an added advantage If you believe in pushing boundaries and want to be part of a team that is revolutionizing the e-bike industry in India, this role might be the perfect fit for you.,
