Job Description

To prepare Material Requisitions ( MR s)for Quotation and for Purchase;
To review the technical offers from bidders, and to prepare technical queries;
Toprepare Technical Bid Evaluation ( TBE )reports;
Toreview vendors# calculations and drawings ( VDR );
Tointeract with other departments and project/client, for Inter-Departmental Checking comments, on MDS and TechSpecs, TBEs, and Vendor documents;
Toprepare Material Requisition (MRQ and MRP), Technical bid evaluation of HVAC
Equipment
Toprepare Material Requisitions for Quotation, and for Purchase (MRQ, and MRP);
Toreview bidders# offers, to identify lacunae, and to prepare Technical Queries(TQs) as part of carrying out Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE);
Towitness performance tests of the equipment, at vendors# works, before finalclearance;
Tocomply with QMS procedures and to maintain appropriate records;

Education Requirement :

Degreein Mechanical engineering from reputed college or university;

Experience Requirement :

Minimumexperience of 1 year in equipment manufacturing companies or Engineering Consulting companies or Chemical plants;
Shall be focussed on learning;
Shall be a good teamplayer.

Skills & Competencies :

Knowledgeof engineering standard specifications, and standard designs;
Knowledgeof MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint;
Shouldpossess good written and verbal communication skills.
Shall have good written and verbalcommunication skills.
