DESIGN ENGINEERING

The role of Group Coordinator Design Engineering involves providing leadership, setting standards, and offering training to the team. Your responsibilities will include working on ongoing Design Engineering Projects, leading the team, managing execution activities, and ensuring the successful completion of Consultancy Assignments. You will be expected to independently handle large mandates, guide and mentor team members, and develop execution plans and Project Management strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating team activities, ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations, and developing processes and procedures to enhance practices. Approval of design reports and quality documentation, regular performance reviews, and development of reports are also part of the job. Business Development activities, client interactions, and attending review meetings are crucial aspects of the role. To excel in this position, you should possess knowledge of Planning & Design aspects of all Environmental Engineering aspects, be skilled in executing Design Engineering works and DPR works, and act as an in-house technical expert. Strong report writing, presentation, and client relationship management skills are essential. Proficiency in Design Softwares such as Sewer, Sewer CAD, LOOP-4, EPANET, and Water Gem is required. Travelling may be required for this position as per business needs.,
