Job Description

Role & responsibilities Mechanical Design, using CAD tools Autodesk INVENTOR (Must), AutoCAD & Solid edge (Optional) Capability to generate concept design & convert to detail design after approval using CAD Softwares as mentioned above Monitor design documentation and record maintenance Should have knowledge of GD &T, ASME standards, Tolerances. Etc. Should know detailed calculations to develop Design & drawings for manufacturing, construction, installation standards and specifications Should Coordinate with production, manufacturing & Quality control Well versed in selection of mechanical components including motor, servo, bearings, LM rails, wheels, gears, oil seal, O-rings etc Responsible for design & Development Should have the knowledge of new product development (NPD), Bought outs, Standard parts Delivering project on time without reworks Experienced Sheetmetal design & drawings Innovative, Creative & Analytical
