SAP Sales Execution Associate will work closely with the leadership of APAC & would be responsible for design and solution of key areas of Sales Processes specially focusing on SAP Sales Execution processes including enabling new sales channels as Customer EDI onboarding, enabling portal D2C, Marketplace integrations. In addition, close collaboration will be required with Business SMEs, Peer APAC Functional Leads and Global Functional Leads to drive Value for the Business by identifying opportunities for improvements and driving resultant implementations and ensuring stickiness. The lead is also expected to participate in S4 HANA workshops representing the region. The key responsibility of this role is to manage deployment of SAP Sales solutions across APAC region. The expectation is that an ideal candidate is well versed with cross-functional integration with other domains such as Demand Fulfilment, GATP, IBP, PTP, OTM, Finance etc. While the position requires strong techno-functional skills, proven ability to work with senior business stakeholders is equally critical. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to interact with counterparts within business as well as the IT Team. Responsibilities Responsible for all phases of SDLC - end-to-end delivery & execution for SAP Sales Domain. Be able to work with the Global Solution architects to architect robust Solutions, then lead design, build & support activities. Collaborate closely with Functional teams, other IT Services, Business teams and multiple vendors to ensure successful delivery. Structured, business focused with hands-on problem-solving skills. Execution excellence is critical. Interface with Change Advisory Board, in accordance with existing Change processes. Understand the overall SAP enterprise system landscape and to translate core ECC & interface requirements within / across SAP components as well as integrate to external systems and applications. Essential skill & experience: Subject matter expert in analyzing business requirements, blueprinting, developing & supporting SAP SD Solutions. Essential skill & experience: Secondary Skills experience in supporting GATP solutions. Essential skill & experience: Experience of working in template driven, global solution is preferred. Essential skill & experience: Hands on experience in all phases of the project, with deep exposure to areas such as Business Process Re-engineering, Testing and Data migration. Strongly preferred: Experience of EDI onboarding, D2C and other E-Commerce models (Marketplace solutions) will be a significant advantage. Strongly preferred: Design & collaborate with technical team for interfaces with legacy systems. Some knowledge of ABAP. Experience level: Minimum of 10 years of SAP-SD experience, ideal candidate will be 10-14 years in SD, with strong cross module integration experience. Critical Competencies must have Highly motivated, Self-Driven, and willing to take ownership of Sales Processes. Flexible & adaptable; able to work on tight deadlines. Team player with a can-do attitude. Ability to work on parallel initiatives in a constructive environment is critical. Ability to work with global teams to develop robust solutions that is scalable and highly reliable for complex enterprise system environments.
