Location : MPF , Pune Chakan ( 6 day working , 2nd and 4th Saturday is observed as off)

• Creation and release of drawings for the manufacturing of elevator components like car, car frames, door frames and elevator components along with BOM within lead time and without error.
• Creation and release of drawings in AutoCAD and Solidworks for the manufacturing of elevator components like car, car frames, door frames and elevator components.
• Calculation for selection of ropes, pulleys, and traction machines.
• Structural calculations.
• Preparation of error free Manufacturing Bill of Material and releasing it to other departments for further processing within stipulated timelines.
• Coordination with other departments in organization like purchase, production, product development and quality.
• Participation in projects for cost reduction/ localization.
• Improvement in processes, which involves creation/ improvement and modification of tools used for preparing Bill of materials and drawing generation.
• Prepare order BOMs as per clients requirement.
• Prepare BOM packages for machine, door, and controller.
• Visit site for modernization requirement and provide the solution.
• Release of drawings and BOM within lead time and without error
• Hands-on experience on AutoCAD and Solidworks
• excellent knowledge in MS-Excel
• Working experience on SAP and windchill
• Collaboration with other departments
