Design Engineer - Hydraulics and Creo - Pipe routing

As a Design Engineer specializing in Hydraulics and Creo with a focus on Pipe routing, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in Piping routing, Creo, PTC Windchill, and GD&T. Your role will be based in Hyderabad, India. To be considered for this position, you should hold a B. Tech (Mechanical) or DME qualification and possess a minimum of 4 years of overall work experience, particularly in Heavy Equipment, Automotive Engine Design, or Agricultural Equipment design. Proficiency in CAD tools is essential, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Creo 4.0 modules. Key areas of expertise required include: - Hydraulics and pipe routing - Sheet metal modelling and detailing - Large assembly management Your responsibilities will involve creating 2D/3D concept drawings, preparing Bill of Materials, tube routing, hose routing, and the selection of Pipes/Hoses and their end-fittings. Additionally, you will be expected to have a strong understanding of hydraulic layouts, basic principles, and hydraulic components. Experience in Wind-chill PDM execution, working knowledge of GD&T with ASME Y 14.5 standards, and the ability to read and comprehend complex drawings are crucial for this role.
