Product Range: - Air Handling Units in various design and construction - Fan Coil Units and duct-able units - Air washer and air scrubber units - High efficiency plug fans - Chilled water coil - DX/ VRF coil - Low leakage volume control dampers Website: www.citizenindustries.in The Design Engineer will be responsible for creating and reviewing detailed manufacturing and production drawings for AHU systems and related HVAC products. The candidate will play a critical role in improving product design, quality, and productivity through innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: Review General Arrangement Drawings (GAD) prior to manufacturing design. Prepare panel drawings using approved GAD. Create detailed drawings for internal components. Develop aluminum profile and damper cutting details for manufacturing. Cross-chec and validate manufacturing drawings before release to production. Maintain ISO documentation for both internal and external audits. Contribute to new product development for quality and productivity improvements. Prepare and release production job cards. Required Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD Strong understanding of AHU design concepts , including Sheet Metal FCU, Air Washers, and Scrubbers Expertise in sheet metal design and development Working knowledge of MS Office Suite Hands-on experience in AHU manufacturing design
