DESIGN ENGINEER

Role Overview: As a Mechanical or Automobile Engineer, your main responsibility will be the design and development of 2W/3W Braking systems and sub-components for fixed/floating calipers. You will be involved in various stages from concept design to production implementation for all braking projects. This will require you to conduct design calculations, analyze tolerance stacks and forces calculations, perform brake sizing, create design documentation, participate in design review activities, and communicate project progress to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop 2W/3W Braking systems and sub-components - Conduct design calculations and analysis of tolerance stacks and forces calculations - Perform brake sizing and integration of brake and suspension systems - Create design documentation including CAD Models and drawings - Participate in design review activities and work closely with team members at different locations - Communicate project progress to stakeholders and manage project risks effectively Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering - Hands-on experience in creating 2D & 3D models using CAD tools like Catia V5 - Experience in tolerance stacks and force calculations, DFMEA, DVP&R, GD&T - Experience in 2W/3W brakes design integration and benchmarking - Hands-on experience in tuning CBS & ABS systems - Capability to manage on-time deliverables with performance, cost, and quality (Note: Please ensure to rename your CV file to "ApplicantsName_PositionApplied_ExpInYears" before applying for the position.),
