Role Summary:

Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop concepts, 3D models, assemblies, and detailed 2D drawings of EV aggregates using
CATIA V5 & V6
.
Design motor housings, gear trains, battery pack structures, cooling systems, and other EV-specific components.
Apply GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis, and DFMEA during the design process.
Work closely with R&D, CAE, manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.
Support prototype development, testing, validation, and design modifications.
Conduct benchmarking, material selection, and cost optimization for EV aggregates.
Ensure compliance with EV safety standards and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors/Master’s degree in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical Engineering.
1–2 years of experience in design & development of automotive/EV aggregates.

CTC : Rs.3 Lac to Rs.4 Lac PA
