Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, or CREO).
Perform engineering calculations, tolerance analysis, and material selection for various mechanical designs.
Conduct simulations and analyses (FEA, CFD, thermal, or stress analysis) to optimize performance.
Develop manufacturing drawings and specifications in compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to ensure manufacturability and cost efficiency.
Support prototype development, testing, and validation activities.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide technical solutions for design improvements.
Ensure projects comply with safety, sustainability, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in product lifecycle management (PLM) and continuous improvement initiatives.
