Job Description

Vehicle Integration Job Descriptions & Responsibility: 1. Carry out 3D modelling, 2D drawings, assembly in PTC Creo/Catia. 2. DMU management, integrating vehicle systems & project coordination with various teams. 3. Developing/ tracking/ maintaining detailed timing plans for the components/ systems. 4. Good knowledge of automotive systems. 5. Conceptualize & detailed design VI systems meeting cost weight & functional targets. 6. Responsible for CAD sign-off, BOM creation/ management, requirement compliance. 7. Developing/ tracking/ maintaining detailed timing plans for the components/ systems. 8. Conduct/ participate regular design reviews and escalate issues requiring help to management. 9. Recording & maintaining Design Quality, Weight, functional Targets. 10.Verification of the detail designs for prototype building. 11.Utilizes technical skills and design experience to plan, organize, lead. 12.Control and co-ordinate design activities. 13.Involving in technical discussions. 14.Ensure quality of the CAD design, drawings & speed of delivery. 15.Workout modularization & standardization proposals. 16.Technical documentation & design change analysis. 17.Co-ordination and issue resolution with ODT/IDT/Proto/Production. 18.Knowledge of 4D document's (DFA/DFM/DFS/DFMEA).
