Job Description

Role & responsibilities Independently work out and design the HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing System in Hospital and coordinate with project teams in providing the execution drawings in Auto CAD and understand site difficulties and resolve the same in close coordination Preparation of Concept, Schematic and Good For Construction drawings for HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing Systems including P&I diagrams using AUTO CAD Good knowledge in design of smoke extraction systems, kitchen exhaust systems, toilet exhaust systems, basement ventilation systems, lift and stair case pressurization systems and able to decide the capacities of ventilation fans etc. Able to decide the AHU ratings and specifications based on the site conditions and design requirements Able to work out heat load calculations, duct design, piping calculations for HVAC Systems Able to calculate the sizing of pipes and decide the location of strategic valves for Fire Fighting and Plumbing systems. Able to calculate and decide the pump capacities based on the required discharge and head etc. Coordinate with the vendors and prepare AS BUILD Drawings for HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing Systems Coordinate with other utilities and prepare coordination drawings ( BIM is preferred ) Based on the approved drawings, able to work out the bill of materials for HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing Systems Desirable to have basic Knowledge and process Understanding of WTP, STP and RO Systems including preparation of P&I diagrams and equipment layouts etc. Preferred candidate profile Good communication skill, knowledge good engineering practices and codes involved Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mech) with Auto CAD, Revit & Working Knowledge of BIM Interested candidate can come for interview at Yashoda Hitech City Unit for interview.
