Design Assistant Manager

As a Postgraduate/Graduate in Electronics or Electronics & Communication with a minimum of 15-18 years of experience in industrial product design, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Design and develop analog and mixed designs. - Create power supply designs including AC/DC, DC/DC, and SMPS designs. - Develop microcontroller-based embedded products. - Understand communication/interfacing protocols such as I2C, SPI, RS232, RS485, Modbus RTU, Ethernet, etc. - Lead a team of hardware, software, and PCB layout engineers. - Design sensor interfacing and single/three phase power monitoring/metering products. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the complete product development cycle. - Making modifications to existing products. - Conducting product testing at national/international laboratories for quality compliance. - Implementing new technologies in products. - Collaborating with the sales team and customers to understand application requirements. - Conducting customer/site visits for troubleshooting when necessary. - Creating technical documentation, analyzing products, and conducting testing. - Participating in Quality system audits. - Leading a team of engineers.,
