Description

We are from the Amazon Now Quick Commerce team in India. We are looking for a Design Assistant to create engaging visuals that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. You'll work closely with senior designers, marketers, and copywriters to bring campaigns to life across digital and offline channels.

The Ideal Candidate

Has an eye for detail but also understands how speed matters in fast-moving campaigns.
Enjoys experimenting with new formats, trends, and platformsfrom static banners to motion graphics to social-first content.
Is organized and reliable, able to juggle multiple projects without losing quality.
Brings energy, creativity, and a learner's mindsetready to make every campaign sharper, bolder, and more effective.
Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma/Canva.
Has knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, or motion graphics.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key job responsibilities

Design marketing assets including digital ads, social media creatives, email templates, landing pages, in-app banners, and event materials.
Support campaign execution by adapting and resizing assets for multiple platforms (web, mobile, print, OOH, etc.).
Maintain brand consistency while experimenting with fresh, creative approaches.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas that align with campaign objectives.
Assist in producing motion graphics, GIFs, and short videos (basic editing/animation a plus).
Prepare production-ready files for vendors (print or digital).
Stay updated with design and marketing trends to bring new ideas to the team.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in in graphic design, industrial design, digital communications design, visual arts, mass communications, art, or equivalent
Knowledge of variety of design tools including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of and proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, and InDesign
Experience in e-commerce, retail or advertising
Knowledge of branding guidelines and corporate identity, visual design, print and digital layout design
Experience working in a collaborative team environment to deliver high-quality design solutions
Can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership while working cross functionally across several teams
Experience working in fast paced environments, and managing workload even during times of stress, or escalated activity
Have an online portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and advertising experience across a range of media and platforms, along with work that reflects your design process
