Design Approver

-Supports and advice in performing the concept studies and trade-off studies.

-Propose and implement the improvements in terms of System Installation with impact on weight, lead-time, and cost.

-Ensure the consistency between the Configured DMU and the design intent for Airbus design activities.

-Network & liaise with a broad range of Airframe, Systems and Cabin sub-domains including Industrialization and Standardization.

-Strong background in Airbus Electrical System Installation rules and DMU knowledge

-Good Knowledge and Experience working in A320/SA Airbus Program Process, Method, and Tools. Knowledge in other Airbus programs E.g. A330/A350/A380 is added advantage.

-Outstanding understanding and knowledge in below mentioned Airbus tools, methods & Process.

oESI Design - Concept Primary and Secondary flow

oFixed and Movable bracket proposition - IP and UID proposal

oFull 3D, Auto 2D

oRDR and DQN creation

oAirbus check process (E.g., QC0, QC1 & QC2)

oHarness migration to CATIA V5

oHarness Installation drawing creation in Legacy and DDMS

oKnowledge in CorDOAe Elect and COBOT Tools

oKnowledge in functional electrics & support activity

-Trouble shooting technical queries raised by internal team.

-Hands on experience in working with onsite/Onshore and offshore models.

-Involve in identifying and implementation of Continuous improvement. E.g., Process, Automation, digitalization & etc.

Knowledge in DOA will be added advantage.
