Preferred candidate profile : 1. Higher Secondary Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification. 2. One-Two years of customer service experience in a call center in the US time zone. 3. Proficient in using modern CRM systems with accuracy and speed. 4. Active listener with effective verbal and written communication skills. 5. Proficient in problem-solving, multitasking and time management. 6. Ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails efficiently. 7. Professional demeanor in all customer contacts. 8.
