Dermatologist Doctor & Sales Counselor

Position 1: Dermatologist Doctor (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Location: Bliss Derma Elite – Sector 7, Dwarka, Delhi
Experience: 1–5 years preferred in dermatology or aesthetic medicine

Role & Responsibilities:

• Consult and diagnose patients with skin, hair, and nail concerns
• Recommend appropriate clinical or cosmetic dermatological treatments
• Perform advanced procedures like PRP, GFC, Chemical Peels, Laser Hair Removal, Botox, Fillers, and more
• Supervise aesthetic staff & ensure treatment safety and protocol adherence
• Update and maintain electronic medical records of patients
• Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care
• Stay updated with the latest skin care technologies and trends
• Ensure a high-quality, empathetic patient experience

Requirements:

• MBBS + MD/DNB/Diploma in Dermatology
• Valid medical registration/license
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Passion for aesthetics, skin wellness, and continuous learning

Position 2: Sales Counselor / Aesthetic Consultant

Location: Bliss Derma Elite – Sector 7, Dwarka, Delhi
Timing: Full-time (10 AM – 8 PM)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Greet walk-in clients and provide complete service information
• Explain treatment packages, results, and pricing confidently
• Guide clients toward appropriate services based on needs & goals
• Upsell packages and convert consultations into paid bookings
• Coordinate with dermatologists to ensure client satisfaction
• Follow up with leads (calls, WhatsApp, DMs) for re-engagement
• Maintain CRM records and handle in-clinic sales documentation
• Achieve monthly revenue/sales targets set by the management

Requirements:

• Min. 1 year of experience in sales/counseling (preferably from skin/aesthetic/cosmetic industry)
• Excellent interpersonal & soft selling skills
• Basic understanding of skincare and cosmetic procedures
• Fluent in English & Hindi
