Job Description

Deputy/Asst. Manager: Experience in CRM/SAP/ERP tool would be preferred Familiarize with marketing automation and customer account management software and resolve tickets raised by executives Advance level in Spreadsheets/MS-Excel/ Keynote delivery and make reports in alignment with MIS/ ERP module and track day-to-day conversion Track lead generation from organic and third-party sources, develop and roll out campaigns (Email, WhatsApp and Social media management) Sound knowledge in sales funnel, serves as team lead to fuel lead to applications conversion Attend fairs/ events and involve in both school outreach and roadshow activities (willingness to travel and increase diversity) Ensure application target is achieved on weekly basis and push for enrolment Verification of marksheets/ eligibility criteria as applicable Ability to counsel students in the event of uncertainty and convert to admissions Raise tickets/ issues (level 2) to Manager or Deputy Director in case of conflict resolution and unable to resolve at level 1 Coordinate with finance team in terms of payments made and update records accordingly Recovery of fees before the commencement of classes through the executive team and assist them in conversion Serve as the first level of Subject matter expert with an updated knowledge of Indian education system (good communication skills with ability to convince and counsel, assist in decision making process and guide students with career options and post study avenues Connect potential students with academicians regarding curriculum, placement, student life related queries.
