Paras Health is hiring Deputy Medical Director. Location : Paras Corporate Office Gurgaon. Job Purpose: To provide strategic and operational leadership in elevating clinical quality, standardizing care delivery, and enhancing medical performance across the Paras network of hospitals. This role supports the Group Medical Director in implementing group-wide clinical initiatives, governance frameworks, and talent strategies to ensure high-quality, compliant, and patient-centered care. Scope: Responsible for oversight of 8 multispecialty hospitals across various geographies, in collaboration with Unit Medical Heads, Medical Superintendents, Department HODs, and Corporate HR. Key Responsibilities Clinical Governance & Quality Improvement Drive continuous improvement of clinical outcomes across the hospital network Lead implementation of standardized clinical governance and performance review structures Facilitate clinical audits, peer reviews, and periodic outcome assessments Digital Health & Performance Analytics Oversee integration of EMR systems with clinical performance dashboards Ensure consistent, real-time reporting of quality indicators across all hospitals Collaborate with IT to improve clinical data accuracy and usability Clinician Capability & Development Lead assessment of clinician capabilities and align outcomes with structured development plans Coordinate learning interventions and cross-hospital knowledge exchange Ensure ongoing professional development aligned with quality goals Clinical Process Standardization Standardize protocols and care pathways in high-impact departments such as ER, OT, and ICU Align clinical processes with NABH/JCI standards and corporate quality guidelines Promote implementation fidelity and monitor compliance across hospitals Compliance Monitoring & Operational Controls Monitor EMR adoption and documentation compliance across all units Track OPD scheduling adherence and implement measures to optimize doctor availability and patient access Support resolution of clinical operations bottlenecks Clinician Hiring & Workforce Planning Lead end-to-end clinician hiring across all units in coordination with Corporate HR Define clinician staffing requirements based on clinical needs and business expansion plans Oversee candidate evaluation, interviews, selection, credentialing, and onboarding Ensure new hires align with clinical quality standards and organizational culture Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to support expansion and attrition Key Deliverables Measurable improvement in group-wide clinical outcomes and reduced variability in care A unified, EMR-integrated clinical dashboard driving transparency and decision-making Fully implemented and operational clinical governance and review framework A highly capable clinical workforce with completed capability assessments and development plans EMR usage and OPD compliance consistently above internal benchmarks Standardized, documented clinical protocols adopted across ER, OT, and ICU in all units Timely and quality-aligned hiring and onboarding of clinicians across all hospitals Qualifications & Experience MBBS with a postgraduate qualification in Hospital Administration, Public Health, or Clinical Specialty 15+ years of progressive experience in hospital or corporate clinical operations, including multi-site responsibility Demonstrated experience in clinical quality management, digital transformation, and clinician engagement Familiarity with accreditation standards (NABH, JCI) and healthcare compliance frameworks Skills & Competencies Strategic thinking with strong clinical and operational judgment Proficiency in clinical data analysis and dashboard tools Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Team leadership across distributed healthcare environments Change management and process standardization capabilities for more information please call shobhit @9810802312
