Finalization of Accounts

Responsible for closing books of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Working Capital Management

Efficiently manage cash flow, receivables, and payables to optimize financial resources.
Vendor & Customer Management

Oversee payments, collections, and reconciliation to maintain smooth business operations.
Monthly MIS & Reporting

Prepare and present financial statements, variance analysis, and management reports.
Ad-hoc Reports

– Generate custom financial reports as required by management for strategic decision-making.
Audit Handling

– Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors, ensuring compliance and timely completion of audits.
GST Compliance

– Ensure accurate GST filings, reconciliations, and adherence to tax regulations.
Income Tax Compliance

– Manage direct tax filings, TDS, and compliance with IT regulations.
ERP Knowledge

– Proficient in SAP/Tally for accounting, financial reporting, and system-based controls.
MS Office Proficiency

– Strong skills in MS Excel for financial modelling, data analysis, and reporting.
Financial Analysis

– Analyse financial data to provide insights for cost control and business growth.
Budgeting & Forecasting

– Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts to support financial planning.
Internal Controls

– Implement and monitor financial policies and controls to mitigate risks.
Regulatory Compliance

– Ensure adherence to corporate laws, tax laws, and financial regulations.
Team Coordination
