Job Summary

Core Responsibilities

Assist in the conceptualization and development of architectural design for projects across residential and commercial portfolios
Prepare mood boards, concept sketches, massing studies, and visual presentations
Support the design team in developing floor plans, faade concepts, and spatial layouts
Translate the project brief into creative and viable design solutions that meet functional and aesthetic goals
Participate in design discussions with internal teams and external consultants
Conduct research on materials, design references, and global trends to inform design direction
Create and refine 3D models, diagrams, and drawings to communicate design intent
Ensure that all designs align with the brands values, sustainability goals, and user experience focus
Assist in preparation of client-facing and internal design documents and presentations
