DEPUTY MANAGER-WAREHOUSE

As a Deputy Manager-Warehouse at Kohler, your primary function will be to manage the FG inventories in the warehouse. This includes receiving FGs and storing them in appropriate locations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the dispatch of finished goods. Your responsibilities will also involve coordinating with CHA, transporters, and TPLs. Overall, you will be in charge of Total VC Warehouse Operations and Total Domestic and Export Logistics Management for various markets. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for Export Shipment in Designated Schemes as per Taxation Dept. guidelines - Ensure proper identification, handling, storage, and preservation of FG - Handle GST related documentation for dispatches - Optimize warehouse storage space utilization - Coordinate logistics for Export, Domestic, and Direct Customer Shipments - Review 3PL and Transportation Performance regularly - Participate in safety committee meetings to ensure a safe working environment - Handle various audits including FM Global Audit, ISO Audit, Internal Audit, External PV Audit, PWC Audit, and Monthly 5S / 7S Audit - Manage manpower in the warehouse area and approve leaves for staff members - Attend meetings with cross-functional departments as required - Ensure timely dispatch of shipments as per defined TAT norms - Maintain important compliances including updating LEXCARE Portal as per Export Compliance Qualification & Experience: - Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience - Proficiency in Warehouse Management, 5S & Inventory Management, workman/people Management - Good at Excel and MS Office applications - Technical proficiency in SAP SD Module and Microsoft Excel advanced Experience Required: 10 to 14 years Mandatory Skills: SAP, Warehouse Management, Warehouse Operations Location: Bharuch, Gujarat, India Join Kohler to be a part of a team that values personal and professional growth, collaboration, and wellness.
