Industry: Leading MNC (Plant / Project / Utilities / Fabrication Maintenance)

Qualification:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering)

Experience:
8–12 Years in Plant, Project, Utilities, or Fabrication Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operation and maintenance of pumps, compressors, valves, gearboxes, and other utility systems.
• Plan and schedule preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure optimum equipment performance.
• Lead troubleshooting and repair of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Coordinate with the project and production teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate maintenance reports and documentation.
• Supervise technicians, operators, and contractors during maintenance and plant shutdown activities.
• Implement best maintenance practices to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company procedures.
