Job Description

I. Job Summary
Highly skilled and experienced Labware LIMS Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and successful delivery of our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) projects, with a primary focus on the Labware LIMS platform and integrations. Should have a strong background in laboratory operations, IT project management, and a proven track record of managing full LIMS lifecycle implementations from requirements gathering through validation and go-live.

II. Key Responsibilities
A. Project Management * Lead and manage all phases of the project, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure, ensuring project is delivered on time, and meet defined scope and quality standards. * Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, schedules, resource plans, Governance, and status reports. * Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and partners, including QC team, quality assurance, IT, and business leadership. * Effectively manage project resources, identifying resource needs and allocating personnel to project tasks. B. LIMS Expertise & Implementation * Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for Labware LIMS functionalities, capabilities, and best practices. * Oversee the LIMS configuration, customization, testing (IQ/OQ/PQ), and validation activities in compliance with GxP regulations (e.g., cGMP, GLP) where applicable. * Implementation of the instrument integration & system interfaces with MES, SAP, Veeva. * Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage the defect resolution process. * Ensure that the LIMS implementation aligns with laboratory workflows and business objectives. C. Stakeholder Management & Communication * Act as the main point of contact for all project-related communications, providing regular, transparent updates to all levels of the organization. * Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather detailed functional and technical requirements. * Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and negotiate necessary changes to scope, schedule, or resources with stakeholders. D. Change Management & Training * Develop and execute a robust change management strategy to ensure smooth adoption of the new LIMS system by end-users. * Coordinate and oversee the development of training materials and the delivery of end-user training.

III. Required Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Science, or a related field. * Experience: * 5+ years of progressive experience in IT Project Management. * 3+ years of direct experience managing the implementation of Labware LIMS. * Proven experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Environmental Testing) with knowledge of GxP, CFR Part 11, and data integrity requirements. * Technical Skills: Deep functional and technical knowledge of the Labware LIMS platform (recent versions preferred).
