Deputy Manager- Electrical Maintenance

Role Purpose-

To ensure smooth & efficient functioning of Equipments along with life enhancement of machines. Also, to manage smooth & efficient running of Equipments.

Roles & Responsibilities-

1. Maintenance (Plant & Machines)- Review daily plan vs actual for Breakdown and find out root cause,
2. Check status of spares, Indent and follow up for required materials,
3. Review of Preventive maintenance check sheet,
4. Monitoring & Review of Predictive check sheet,
5. Review of critical items,
6. Maintenance (Utility equipments)- To make Annual, Monthly & Weekly plan to execute Periodical maintenance,
7. Weekly review of Periodical Maintenance plan & Gap analysis,
8. Execution of periodical inspection of equipment by Safety inspector,
9. Conduct Risk assessment, KY,
10. Promote Near MIS reporting,
11. Execution of activities as per plan,
12. Weekly Audit for safety findings,
13. Preparation of annual & monthly Target control plan for - Breakdown, Repair and Maintenance Cost, Utility energy consumption, Improvement and Capital expenditure,
14. Making document as per system requirement,
15. To improve system as per audit findings,
16. Execution of improvement plan,
17. Study of Inventory norms to minimize the Inventory cost,
18. Study to execute the new ideas for Small automation,
19. Review and Propose improvement initiatives to enhance available time of machine and reduction in Tact,
20. Weekly audit of equipment to find Red tag Fuguai,
21. Assist to staff for generating more Kaizens for safety, Quality & Productivity etc.,
22. Making Bill of material,
23. Making of micro level plan to execute & Review of activities as per plan,
24. Execution of PDCA and deep analysis study,
25. To promote the QC circle.

Key Knowledge/Skills-

Knowledge -

- Preventive and Predictive Maintenance

- Able to handle HVAC system & clean room concept.

- Able to understand MTBF & MTTR

Skills -

-Hands on experience in handling in PLC Programming, HMI, Robot, Servo system, CNC.

-Maintenance and Improvement

Role Requirement-

1. B.Tech./B.E.- Electricals, Electronics, EEE (must have),
2. 7-10 years of experience
3. Automotive industry background
