Deputy Manager Digital Marketing

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at BIAL, your primary responsibility will be to define and execute a go-to-market strategy to drive profitability through our digital channels. You will work within the corporate marketing team, collaborating closely with multi-functional teams and agencies to integrate customer behavior and data for the development, implementation, tracking, and optimization of our digital campaigns. Your key accountabilities will include managing Content Management Systems across the organization, optimizing the usage of Flight Information Display Screens (FIDS) with the Consultant, and collaborating with internal stakeholders from marketing, Commercial, and Operations to create relevant content for the audience. You will also be responsible for analyzing performance metrics and making data-driven optimizations. In terms of Performance Marketing, you will stay updated on the latest social media and digital trends to enhance engagement and followers across platforms. Your expertise in Digital Analytics and Website performance will be crucial in leveraging SEO and SEM best practices to elevate the brand's online presence. You will also be tasked with monitoring and reporting on the corporate website's performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing and be a certified digital marketer from a reputable institute. With a minimum of 8 years of experience, you should have a proven track record in managing corporate websites, content management systems, and executing large-scale digital campaigns for consumer brands. Your decision-making skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and proficiency in SEO/SEM, lead generation, and social media campaigns will set you up for success in this position.
