Job Purpose "This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd." Duties and Responsibilities ƒ˜ Responsibility is to achieve AOP targets of Touch free collections for all products and verticals. ƒ˜ Enhancing revenue from Nil Pos, Penal collection and partner commission ƒ˜ Driving Seat utilization ƒ˜ Exploring new digital channels. ƒ˜ Revenue generation through Penal collection and partner commission Required Qualifications and Experience "ƒ˜Graduate/Post-graduate with 2 to 3 years Call Center experience ƒ˜Excellent communication and Leadership skills ƒ˜Knowledge of Dialer & campaign management ƒ˜Data analysis & Channel Strategy ƒ˜Coordination with inter department viz. Analytics, IT ƒ˜Vendor Management and controlling attrition ƒ˜Coordination with channel partners for digital payment ƒ˜Monitoring channel partner wise / Agent wise productivity"
