Performing Intercompany reconciliation Preparation, Research & Clearance, Compliance and Governance.
Assisting with and submitting Solvency II Quantitative Reporting Templates (QRTs) on a quarterly and Annual basis (including Liquidity, duration, Cover A1A and IGTs etc.).
Shadowing colleagues to assist with data extraction/Validation and analysis for the Divisional and Statutory Solvency reporting.
Providing necessary support and details as part for Q&A, Audit, and internal controls as needed.
Preparing analysis/reports and reconciliations on various ad-hoc requests as and when requested.
Ensuring the documentation of new/existing processes as per business requirements and standardization.
Support team in system enhancement UATs as and when necessary.
Identify and analyze potential process improvement opportunities within and between finance disciplines. You will report to Manager, Financial Accounting and Reporting.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Chartered Accountant with relevant years of statutory reporting, having grasp of overall Financial Statements and Insurance concepts.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to details.
Good Technical knowledge IT skills (MS Office, VBA, Power BI etc.).

Desired Skills and Abilities:

Good Communication & interpersonal skills; ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
Work experience in Big 4/consultancy MNCs is preferred.
Willingness to ask why and how we can improve.
Organized, methodical, able to deal effectively with multiple priorities and do multitasking.
Ability to work self-directedly in a fast-paced environment.
