Intercontinental Hotels Group India Private Limited is looking for Deputy Housekeeper to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Housekeeping Operations: Oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, laundry, public area cleaning, and maintenance Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage housekeeping staff, including room attendants, housekeepers, and laundry personnel This includes recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations Quality Control: Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to meet or exceed established cleanliness and presentation standards Inventory Management: Manage and maintain housekeeping supplies, linens, and cleaning materials, ensuring proper stock levels and cost control Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and management of the housekeeping department budget, monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures Guest Services: Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints related to housekeeping services, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions Room Inspections: Conduct regular room inspections to identify maintenance issues, cleanliness problems, and needed repairs Reporting: Prepare regular reports on housekeeping performance and department metrics for review by senior management Safety and Compliance: Ensure that housekeeping operations comply with safety and sanitation regulations and internal policies, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals
