Deputy General Manager Marketing

Role & responsibilities

• Strategic Marketing Planning

  : Develop and implement marketing strategies for residential and commercial projects.

• Brand Management

  : Strengthen brand visibility through integrated campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground channels.

• Lead Generation & Sales Support

  : Collaborate with sales teams to design campaigns that generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates.

• Digital Marketing Oversight

  : Manage SEO, SEM, social media, paid ads, and website optimization to maximize reach.

• Market Research & Analysis

  : Conduct competitor benchmarking, analyze buyer trends, and identify new opportunities.

• Event & Promotion Management

  : Organize property launches, exhibitions, and promotional events to attract potential buyers.

• Budget Management

  : Plan and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution.

• Stakeholder Engagement

  : Build strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and external agencies.

• Team Leadership

  : Mentor and manage the marketing team, fostering creativity and accountability.

• Performance Tracking

  : Measure ROI of campaigns, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field.
• 812 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or property development.
• Strong knowledge of real estate markets, buyer behavior, and regulatory frameworks (RERA compliance).
• Proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.
