Deputy Engineer - Production (P - 6635)

Position:-

• Head section-wise production operations and report to the Production In-charge.
  
• Receive daily/next day production schedules from PPC and execute accordingly.
  
• Check availability of required chemicals and materials as per production schedule.
  
• Identify shortages or discrepancies and coordinate alternate production plans with the Production In-charge.
  
• Prepare and issue work allotment slips to operators.
  
• Ensure achievement of production targets and quality objectives.
  
• Implement and monitor

  IATF requirements

  on the shop floor.
• Organize manpower deployment and coordinate equipment maintenance activities.
  
• Coordinate effectively with QA, PPC, Maintenance, Electrical, and Mechanical departments.
  
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety compliance, and shop floor discipline.
  
• Prepare, update, and maintain all section-related records after QA approval.
  
• Identify process deviations from defined process specifications and standards.
  
• Prepare and implement action plans for rejections, reworks, and process issues.
  
• Ensure effluent discharge and chemical handling as per defined procedures.
  
• Train plating operators on chemical handling, disposal, and effective usage.
  
• Identify opportunities and implement

  continuous improvement programs

• Ensure adherence to customer-specific requirements and standards.
