Deputy Director (Placement)

The Deputy Director (Placements) will be responsible for providing leadership to placement activities within the designated School. This includes establishing and nurturing relationships with industries at both the national and international levels. The incumbent is expected to target competitive positions and profiles for students that align with offerings from top B-School recruiters. Additionally, they will collaborate closely with the Dean/Director of the Campus to formulate Placement policies. In this role, the Deputy Director will enhance various aspects of placements such as summer placements, periodic projects, internships, company visits, guest lectures, and industrial visits. They will also oversee the creation of Placement Brochures, presentations, and conduct visits to companies to promote students and the institution's programs. Building industry connections for training programs, CEO series, and corporate projects will also be a key responsibility. The ideal candidate should hold an MBA (2 years full time) from a reputable national or international management school. They should have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in industry/corporate organizations, with at least 2-3 years at the Middle Management level in Marketing or HR. Candidates with prior experience in the education sector or service industry will be given preference. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.,
