Deputy Director - Nursing

Role Overview: As the Deputy Director Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing the academic and administrative functions of the Nursing Department. Your role will focus on ensuring excellence in teaching, student development, and regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of innovation, research, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise nursing faculty to maintain high teaching standards. - Develop, implement, and review curriculum in line with INC guidelines. - Guide and mentor faculty in professional growth and research. - Oversee student admissions, training, and overall academic progress. - Ensure compliance with INC, State Nursing Council, and University norms. - Coordinate clinical training with hospital partners. - Promote research, publications, and innovative teaching methods. - Represent the department in academic and professional forums. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: M.Sc. Nursing (Ph.D. preferred). - Experience: 20+ years in nursing education/administration. - Strong academic and administrative leadership skills. - Candidates with a proven research background will be given priority. - In-depth knowledge of nursing curriculum & regulations. - Excellent communication and mentoring abilities. - Strategic planning and decision-making skills. - Commitment to student-centered and ethical education.,
