• Provide expert guidance on rolling stock design coordination, testing, and certification.

• Develop and review technical specifications and standards for rolling stock procurement, depot mechanical works.

• Supervise and coordinate depot mechanical activities including routine maintenance, overhauls, inspections, and repairs.

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to ensure optimal performance and lifecycle management of rolling stock assets.

• Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments on rolling stock equipment and depot operations to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Analyze failure modes and recommend corrective actions to improve reliability, safety, and depot efficiency.

• Support troubleshooting and problem resolution related to rolling stock systems and components.

• Assist in training and mentoring technical staff and stakeholders on rolling stock and depot mechanical best practices.

• Participate in project planning, including new rolling stock acquisition, upgrade programs, and depot facility improvements.
