Job Title: Depository Participant

Role: We are currently seeking a proficient Depository Participant Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of share transactions and account management.

Responsibilities:

Core:

1. Pay-in and Pay-out of Shares: Utilize Soham Software to accurately process pay-ins and pay-outs of shares.

2. Account Opening: Assist clients in completing account opening procedures.

3. Preparation of KYC: Prepare KYC documents for different categories of investors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Verify and update client information as necessary to maintain accurate records.

4. Uploading and Downloading of Client KYC: Coordinate account closing procedures with clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.

Cover:

1. Dematerialization of Physical Shares: Facilitate the dematerialization process for physical shares, adhering to depository guidelines and procedures.

2. Preparation of Billing: Generate billing statements for clients based on transactional activities and service charges.
