Dentist For Digital Treatment Planning (Onsite)

You will be working as a Dentist in the treatment planning team at TAC Aligner, a leading innovator in clear aligner solutions. Your role will involve reviewing patient records, diagnosing malocclusions, and creating digital treatment plans for clear aligner therapy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Review intraoral scans, X-rays, photographs, and other diagnostic records for each case. - Evaluate the clinical suitability of cases for aligner treatment. - Design treatment plans for malocclusions, including tooth movement staging, attachments, IPR, and aligner sequence. - Collaborate with the digital planning team to finalize the treatment setups (3D models). - Communicate with partner dentists and orthodontists regarding case feasibility, changes, or improvements. - Ensure high clinical standards, patient safety, and treatment efficiency in all submitted cases. - Keep up to date with orthodontic principles and aligner treatment trends. - Assist in documentation and standardization of clinical protocols and SOPs. **Requirements:** - BDS / MDS degree from a recognized institution. - Strong knowledge of orthodontics and aligner therapy (certifications in aligner systems preferred). - Clinical experience in diagnosis and treatment planning (Aligner experience is a plus). - Good understanding of digital tools and dental software (like Maestro, ClinCheck, 3Shape, or equivalent platforms). - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with timelines. - Effective communication skills and ability to explain clinical rationale to internal and external stakeholders.
