Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Support Engineer at Dentira. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and offering exceptional customer support on a daily basis. Qualifications Graduate in Computer Science. Prior experience in technical support or debugging-focused projects/internships. We are a US company and are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Controller to lead our accounting operations. This role is responsible for closing the books on a monthly basis, managing tax filings, and ensuring the integrity of financial data. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, hold a CPA or equivalent certification, and be proficient in QuickBooks and US accounting and tax laws. Key Responsibilities: Own and execute the monthly close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Prepare, review, and submit financial statements in accordance with US GAAP. Coordinate and support income and sales tax filings, including gathering necessary documentation. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings. Maintain and improve internal accounting processes and controls. Support audit and year-end financial processes. Provide financial insights and recommendations to management as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA or equivalent certification required. Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance (adjust as needed). Proficiency with QuickBooks is required. Experience in SaaS industry is required Strong understanding of US GAAP and tax regulations.
