Dental Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a Dental Intern / Intern Doctor who is eager to learn and grow in a clinical environment.
This role is designed for fresh graduates or interns. No prior clinical experience is required—we will teach and guide you through every step.

Key Responsibilities (Training-Based)

• Observe and assist senior dentists during procedures
• Learn basic OPD management and patient handling
• Maintain basic patient records under supervision
• Support in sterilization and clinic hygiene protocols
• Learn chair-side assistance for common dental procedures
• Follow clinic protocols and ethical practices

What You Will Learn

• Patient communication and case history taking
• Basic dental procedures (under supervision)
• Infection control and sterilization standards
• Treatment planning basics
• Workflow of a functioning dental clinic
• Professional conduct and teamwork in clinical practice

Eligibility Criteria

• BDS Intern / Fresh BDS Graduate
• Valid DCI registration (or in process)
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Basic communication skills
• Positive attitude and professionalism

• Maintain patient confidentiality
• Show interest in learning
• Be respectful to patients and team members
• Follow guidance from senior doctors
