The Dental Consultant will provide high-quality dental care and consultation to patients, ensuring accurate diagnosis, effective treatment planning, and superior patient experience. The consultant will also support the clinics growth by participating in clinical decision-making, mentoring junior staff, and maintaining compliance with organizational and clinical standards.
1) Perform comprehensive oral examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
2) Provide preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental services as per patient needs.
3) Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment options, and post-procedure care.
4) Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
5) Maintain accurate patient records and comply with documentation protocols.
6) Ensure infection control and sterilization standards are maintained at all times.
7) Stay updated with the latest dental technologies, Laser techniques, and industry practices.
8) Participate in case discussions, clinical meetings, and professional development activities.
9) Support the procurement of dental equipment, materials, and consumables as needed.
BDS / MDS from a recognized institution.
1 to 5 years of clinical experience in general or specialty dentistry.
Strong diagnostic and communication skills.
Comfortable using digital X-ray and dental software.
Patient-oriented, ethical, and team-friendly approach.
Dentists with prior experience in reputed dental chains or private clinics.
Professionals open to working flexible shifts or weekends.
Local candidates from Chennai or nearby areas preferred.
