Dental Assistant

Location: Ridgetop Dental International – Kormangala, Bangalore

We're looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who is confident, caring, and committed to excellent patient service. If you have at least 1 year of clinical experience, a strong sense of hygiene, and a desire to grow in a professional and supportive environment ,we’d love to meet you.

What needs be done :

• Assist dentists during various procedures like fillings, extractions, root canals, and cosmetic treatments
• Prepare treatment rooms and arrange dental instruments before and after each patient
• Ensure proper sterilization and infection control protocols are strictly followed
• Maintain accurate records and assist in managing daily patient flow
• Comfort patients and ensure they feel at ease throughout their visit
• Manage dental materials and equipment inventory

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a dental assistant in a clinic or hospital
• Solid knowledge of dental instruments, materials, and chairside assisting
• Familiarity with sterilization procedures (autoclave use, tray setups, etc.)
• Good communication skills in English (and local language is a plus)
• Clean, presentable, and professional appearance
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently
• Willingness to learn and grow with us long-term
