Dental Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, hard working and highly organized Dental Assistant who can support our dental team in delivering high-quality care to our patients. This role involves assisting during dental procedures, maintaining a sterile and efficient environment, and ensuring patient satisfaction throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Prepare and organize instruments, materials, and equipment for patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and take dental radiographs (X-rays) as instructed.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and operatories according to protocol.
• Monitor and maintain dental supplies inventory.
• Ensure patient comfort and support during procedures.
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and confidentiality protocols.

Qualifications:

• Experience in dental assisting preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided for the right candidate.
• Proficiency in using dental software is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A professional, compassionate, and patient-centric attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
