Job Summary:

Dental EV Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform dental insurance eligibility verification for patients by calling insurance companies.
  • Accurately document and update patient eligibility details in the system.
  • Interpret insurance responses and communicate coverage details effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure complete and timely processing.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
  • Follow HIPAA compliance and company protocols strictly.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 6 months to 3 years of experience in

    Dental EV voice process

    is mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
  • Ability to handle US clients professionally during calls.
  • Basic knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes.
  • Familiarity with RCM tools/software will be an advantage.

Job Title:

Job Summary:

The Dental AR Specialist is responsible for managing accounts receivable processes for dental healthcare clients in the U.S. This includes following up with insurance companies, resolving denied claims, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate records of outstanding balances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze unpaid or denied claims from insurance companies.
  • Follow up via phone calls (voice process) and other channels to resolve claims.
  • Work on claim corrections, re-submissions, and appeals to ensure maximum reimbursement.
  • Update billing systems with the status of claims and maintain proper documentation.
  • Meet performance metrics including call volume, resolution rate, and aging of claims.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors for escalations and process improvements.
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Dental AR (U.S. Healthcare process).
  • Good understanding of dental billing codes, terminologies, and insurance policies.
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Familiarity with AR tools and billing software preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work in night shifts (as per U.S. time zones).
